Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ months’ experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry repair.
• Strong knowledge of construction/carpentry practices.
• Electrical systems experience required.
• Able to understand and interpret technical instructions and diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections.
• Diagnose and repair propane, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems in RVs.
• Perform general repairs and parts installations.
• Utilize manuals and digital resources to troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare units for customer walkthroughs.
