Blue Compass RV Knoxville is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including staff organization and inventory management. This role requires a high school diploma and excellent supervisory skills.

Compensation starts at $65k with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and structured career paths. Ideal candidates must be able to work weekends and lift weights of 10-50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Understand warehouse policies and procedures.
• Capability to lift between 10-50 lbs on occasion.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of the warehouse and organize staff.
• Hire and train new warehouse employees.
• Responsible for shipping and receiving parts.
• Perform inventory counts and advise management on inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct performance evaluations.
