Job summary

Blue Compass RV is hiring a Parts Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Fort Lauderdale-based team. You will supervise staff, coordinate shipping/receiving, manage inventory levels, and ensure accuracy of invoices and counts.

Ideal candidates bring strong supervisory and interpersonal skills, solid computer proficiency, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Weekend availability is required; a high school diploma is expected. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Ability to work weekends and lift 10–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse workflow; schedule staff for all shifts.
• Hire and train new warehouse employees.
• Manage shipping and receiving of parts and reconcile invoices.
• Perform inventory counts and advise on inventory levels.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance across the team.
