Blue Compass RV is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Texas. You will manage RV parts inventory, assist customers and service technicians, and help customers locate and purchase the right parts for their RVs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate processing, and inventory care. You will collaborate with service and sales teams, stay informed on latest RV models, and promote complementary items to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and help identify the RV parts needed.
• Provide expert advice on parts selection and compatibility.
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with service technicians for accurate parts IDs.
• Upsell related products or upgrades when appropriate.

• Process incoming shipments and verify contents.
• Label, price, and place products on the sales floor.
