Job summary

BELL ROAD R.V. CENTER, INC. in Phoenix is seeking an RV Parts Specialist to help customers find the right parts and accessories for their campers and motorhomes. You will provide friendly service, maintain inventory, and keep the parts department organized.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, stock shelves, and coordinate with the service team to fulfill repairs and installations while staying current on product knowledge and RV industry trends.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma needed.
• Previous experience in a retail automotive or RV parts environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the correct RV parts.
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email about parts availability and pricing.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Monitor and control inventory to ensure parts availability.
• Assist in receiving and stocking incoming parts shipments.
• Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders for repairs and installations.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Stay up to date with product developments in the RV industry.
