Qualifications

• Hands-on painting or refinishing experience in any industry.
• Experience with spray primer and paint application; paint mixing station is a plus.
• Willingness to learn RV-specific materials and processes.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and follow shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Prep, prime, and paint RV surfaces including fiberglass and metal.
• Operate and maintain the paint mixing station and spray equipment.
• Learn collision repairs under guidance of senior painter and body shop team.
• Use products to manufacturer specifications to meet factory standards.
• Take repairs from start through primed finish and progress to final finish.
