Miller’s RV in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an experienced RV Paint & Body Technician to repair and refinish all types of RVs, including fiberglass and metal panels. The role requires precise color matching, craftsmanship, and a strong eye for detail.

You will prepare surfaces, blend paints, perform spray finishes, and ensure finished work meets Miller’s RV’s high standards. Candidates should have hands-on RV or automotive body experience and be able to supply their own tools.

Qualifications

• RV or automotive paint and body repair experience required.
• Fiberglass panel repair experience.
• Metal panel repair experience.
• Paint blending/matching experience.
• Fabrication of fiberglass components or metal panels (preferred).
• Must supply own tools and paint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs on fiberglass and metal panels, including crack repair, patching, and replacement.
• Conduct component replacements and structural repairs as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix, match, and blend paints to exact color and finish specifications.
• Apply paint using professional spray techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
