Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a skilled Paint & Body Technician to repair, restore, and repaint damaged RVs. The role focuses on RV body construction and uses tools like hammers, grinders, and welding equipment to restore finishes and ensure proper functionality.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay at $30–$40 per flat-rate hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have prior RV or automotive body repair experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the RV's finish.
• Test repaired systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.

Paint & Body Technician

National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing exceptional growth and we are seeking an experienced "Combo Man" Paint & Body Technician to join our team! The RV Paint & Body Technician is responsible for repairing, restoring, and repainting damaged RVs. They must have knowledge of different types of RV body construction and be skilled in using various tools and materials to repair and restore RVs to their original condition.

Our Paint & Body Technicians earn $30-$40 per flat rate hour. This role is Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.
• Repair RV body damage using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
• May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
• May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
• May require working in tight spaces or at heights
• May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
• May require working weekends or holidays
