Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a skilled Paint & Body Technician to perform body repairs, refinishing, and fiberglass work on RVs and boats. The role emphasizes accurate color matching, safe operation, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in paint and bodywork for RVs or marine units, with strong fiberglass repair skills and meticulous attention to detail. Relocation assistance may be discussed for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on paint and bodywork experience, preferably in RV, marine, or automotive contexts.
• Strong fiberglass repair skills and knowledge of paint applications, prep, and refinishing.
• Ability to mix, match, and apply paint with precision; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs on RV and marine units, including collision damage repair and full repaints.
• Complete fiberglass repair and restoration work.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and refinishing.
• Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching and a high-quality finish.
• Fabricate support structures using aluminum and steel when needed.
• Install decals with precision and attention to detail.
• Write estimates for insurance, warranty, and customer-paid repairs.
• Keep the paint booth, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
• Communicate effectively with the shop foreman, dispatcher, service advisor, and team members.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins, repair procedures, and industry standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned
