Job summary

Beaver Coach Sales in Boise, ID is seeking a Hand-on Lot Porter / Walk-Through Technician in a full-time hourly role. You will keep the lot organized and delivery-ready as a Lot Porter, and prepare units to hand off to customers as a Walk-Through Technician, inspecting each coach and teaching new owners how to operate their RV.

The position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, comfortable moving large vehicles, and who enjoys helping people.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive large vehicles.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn RV systems.
• Strong customer-service instincts and safety awareness.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable outdoors and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and position RVs on the lot and into service/ delivery bays.
• Keep the lot organized with clear drive lanes and tidy display areas.
• Assist with receiving new inventory and staging sold units for delivery.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and quality checks on units before handoff.
• Educate customers on operation and safety during delivery, and answer questions.
