Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanically inclined with willingness to learn RV systems.
• Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or trades is a plus.
• Strong customer-service instincts.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and organized with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lot organized, safe, and ready to sell and deliver.
• Move, stage, park units, and assist with deliveries.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and test RV systems.
• Explain operations to new owners during walk-through.
• Document issues and coordinate with the service team.
• Ensure units are clean and delivery-ready.
