Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience driving RVs is preferred.
• Experience using yard tractor and/or forklift is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion.
• Ensure window prices on RVs are installed and removed as instructed.
• Maintain weekly lot washes and keep units and aisles clean and presentable.
• Write work orders, track problems and ensure units are in proper working order.
• Sweep, pick up trash and debris, empty garbage cans and keep the lot clean and professional.
• Keep units and equipment secure from weather.
• Maintain weekly physical inventory.
• Ensure slide-outs are in, jacks down, steps down, select awnings opened and doors unlocked.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
