Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Lot Porter to support our service team by parking and moving RV units and performing site maintenance. You will manage lot cleanliness, assist with equipment, and ensure safety for customers and coworkers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate yard tractors, forklifts, and RVs. The job includes a competitive hourly pay range with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Regional driving and towing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate yard tractor or forklift.
• Experience driving an RV is a plus.
• Experience with generators and slide-outs is helpful.
• Capable of minor repairs and identifying faulty units.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and working around lifts and electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Park and move RV units in a timely fashion.
• Ensure window prices on RVs are installed and removed as instructed.
• Maintain weekly lot washes; keep units and isles clean.
• Write work orders; track problems; ensure units function properly.
• Keep lot clean and professional; sweep and remove debris.
• Secure units and equipment from weather.
• Maintain weekly physical inventory.
• Check slide-outs, jacks, steps, awnings, and doors for proper position.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
