You’ll oversee daily operations, develop department managers, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from showroom to service. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a degree in business management preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the RV or automotive industry, including 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide a team to success.
• In-depth knowledge of RV dealership operations.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with customers and staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop department managers to achieve strong performance across the dealership.
• Organize employee schedules and oversee daily dealership operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure every customer experience reflects the dealership's commitment to exceptional service.
• Manage inventory to keep showroom stocked with the right RV models to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to set and achieve department goals; oversee administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.
