Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly is seeking an RV Technician to diagnose and repair coach components of motor homes and travel trailers in our service department, following dealership and manufacturer standards.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, replace parts, and verify repairs with test drives. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to use technical manuals and reference materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years related experience.
• Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in a related field and RV certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test RVs to determine repairs.
• Diagnose and repair LP, 220V/110V/12V systems, generators, plumbing and HVAC.
• Verify serviceability and conduct test drives after repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and document all work orders.
• Coordinate with Service Advisor/Dispatcher for additional work as needed.
