Based in Texas, the position offers a 5-day work week with benefits. Previous dealership detailing experience is a plus, and attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Clean RVs inside and out.
• Polish windows and dust furniture.
• Clean all floors and upholstery.
• Wash interiors and textiles, apply leather cleaning products.
• Remove and clean floor mats and prep units for delivery.

Job description

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for a Detailer to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning the interior and/or exterior of RVs and performing general detailing activities, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing.

Compensation

$30,000 - $38,000

Responsibilities

• Clean RVs inside and out
• Clean and polish windows
• Dust furniture and trim
• Clean all floors
• Wash interiors including upholstery, apply leather cleaning products, remove and clean floor mats
• Apply stain guard
• Deep clean appliances
• Operate cleaning equipment or machines
• Use hand‑held tools to detail the interior of RVs
• Notify supervisor when parts of an RV require repair or replacement
• Prep new units for delivery and recondition pre‑owned units
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This is a physically strenuous job that requires you to be on your feet all day. You will be climbing stairs, be exposed to outdoor weather, and lift up to approximately 15 lbs.
