Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Collision/Body Technician to join our team in Florida. The role focuses on diagnostics, customization and repair of RV bodies and paint, with emphasis on completing work orders accurately and safely.

You will document parts usage, maintain a clean work area, and ensure final workmanship meets quality standards. The ideal candidate has a year of service technician experience and relevant trade certification; RVIA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and exposure to typical shop hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostics for repairing RV equipment and structures.
• Customize and repair RVs per work orders.
• Perform body and paint repair.
• Track parts and materials used.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards.
