Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition and Purchasing Agent to contact prospective customers interested in selling their RVs. You will present purchase and consignment options, close opportunities, and schedule appointments within a fast-paced call center.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a call center, strong customer service and communication skills, and a self-starting, organized approach. RV sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
• Sales oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
• Previous RV sales experience preferred.
• Superior customer service and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Present purchase and consignment options to prospective customers, close the opportunity, and schedule appointments.
• Response to leads via email/text and follow scripts.
• Log all conversations in the call system database and use CRM systems.
• Conduct information research using available resources.
• Maintain a sales-focused mindset and stay organized in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
