Job summary

Venture Up in San Francisco is hiring a Rust Engineer to own a major migration from Python to Rust and help build one of the fastest AI gateways in the industry. You will lead a high-impact migration and develop production-grade Rust services.

Based in the US and on-site in San Francisco, you will work closely with the CTO on technical strategy, tackle latency and throughput challenges, and own critical performance optimisations in a profitable AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of production Rust engineering experience.
• Experience building production Rust services or migrating systems to Rust.
• Deep expertise in Rust.
• Strong performance testing and optimisation skills.
