Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize a new L1 blockchain using Rust, ensuring high throughput, security, and decentralization.
- Implement a dual-consensus mechanism that leverages LLM-assisted decision-making and traditional cryptographic consensus (e.g., PoS, DAG, BFT variations).
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols, integrating lattice-based cryptography and other post-quantum security measures.
- Build and deploy smart contracts using Solidity and/or Move, ensuring seamless interaction between on-chain and off-chain AI agents.
- Integrate Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) and homomorphic encryption to enhance privacy and computational efficiency.
- Optimize validator nodes and network performance, ensuring minimal latency and energy efficiency in transaction processing.
- Contribute to governance design, including DAO-driven smart contract logic and tokenomics models.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, cryptographers, and distributed systems engineers to refine the blockchain architecture.
- Develop SDKs, APIs, and developer tools to foster ecosystem adoption and seamless dApp integration.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in blockchain security, AI-driven consensus, and quantum computing.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Rust for blockchain protocol development (Substrate, Cosmos SDK, or custom frameworks).
- Experience with Solidity for smart contract development and deployment.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoS, DAG, BFT, or hybrid models).
- Understanding of quantum-resistant cryptographic techniques, such as lattice-based encryption, hash-based signatures, and STARKs/SNARKs.
- Experience with AI-driven smart contracts and LLM integration in decentralized environments.
- Proficiency in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and cryptographic security models.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), WASM-based smart contracts, and cross-chain interoperability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with ZK-Rollups, homomorphic encryption, or multi-party computation (MPC).
- Familiarity with Substrate, Tendermint, Cosmos SDK, Avalanche, or similar L1 blockchain frameworks.
- Experience in AI models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning applied to blockchain governance.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain or cryptography projects.
- Strong ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
