Job summary

CrowdGen invites native Russian speakers to participate in Project Morava as independent contractors. You will work entirely on your smartphone, completing sessions of 150 prompts for a fixed fee of $20 each. Applicants must live in Poland, be at least 18, and own a compatible device.

This project-based role operates on a first-come, first-served basis with demographic quotas. Selected participants will receive setup instructions by email and join the CrowdGen Community.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Russian speaker.
• Must reside in Poland.
• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Smartphone compatible with the Appen Mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Complete a smartphone-based session of 150 prompts (approx. 2 hours).
• Follow recording guidelines, speak clearly and naturally to meet quality bar.
• Payment issued upon completion of each 150-prompt session; shorter sessions prorated.
