Position Info:

• Hours: M-F | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Use Modernizing Medicine EMR for efficient documentation

Requirements

• MSN/APRN Degree
• Active NYS NP License
• Board Certified FNP or ANC
• Current DEA license
