Agile Defense is seeking a Russian Open Source Monitoring Specialist to support a federal law enforcement client’s OSINT program. Responsibilities include locating threats in multiple Russian-language sources using Boolean logic and automated tools, with findings aiding security and law-enforcement personnel worldwide.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years without a degree, and strong Russian/English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or four years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in advanced online research and OSINT techniques.
• Proficiency in Russian language with ability to translate with cultural context.
• Strong English and Russian verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor threats across social media, news sites, forums and other open-source sources.
• Use Russian proficiency, Boolean logic and automated search tools to locate potential threats.
• Coordinate with security and law-enforcement personnel to share findings.
• Shift work required: 6:00 am–6:15 pm, 4 on/4 off.
