MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) in South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process across the rural health network. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs, prioritizing safety and compassionate care.

Minimum education: graduation from an accredited nursing program and SC RN licensure; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Delivers patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintains patient safety, privacy, and professional conduct in a healing environment.
