Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with a Maine State license to practice medicine and have a valid DEA number.
• Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine within three (3) years of completing a Family Medicine Residency required.
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program.
• Current license to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the State of Maine.
• Current DEA license.
• Up-to-date training and certification in Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and urgent care services in a rural outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to lead and innovate care delivery.
• Maintain high-quality patient care and safety in a small-town clinic.
