Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Current licensed physical therapist in the state of practice
• Ability to manage a full caseload and documentation requirements

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy for a full patient caseload.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient and caregiver education.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Handle administrative duties including documentation, billing, and scheduling.
