Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a busy rural practice with referrals and patients in place. The physician will work in an outpatient clinic serving Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties and will take call for the Emergency Department and Labor and Delivery, including the newborn nursery.

The role is employed through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG). Currently a two-pediatrician + nurse practitioner team, the clinic offers a turnkey operation in a 72-bed

Qualifications

• BC/BE board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician with CA medical licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric primary care in a hospital-owned outpatient clinic serving rural Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties.
• Take call for Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery, including the newborn nursery.
• Join an established team of two pediatricians and a nurse practitioner in an existing AHMG-affiliated clinic.
