Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Glasgow, Montana is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a rural hospital team. You will circulate in the OR for a variety of procedures and support C-sections if needed, with on-call responsibilities and a day-shift schedule.

The role requires Montana or compact RN license, at least 2 years OR experience, BLS/ACLS, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a close-knit community surrounded by open skies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Montana or compact).
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Comfortable taking on-call responsibilities and working independently in a rural setting.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Circulating in the OR for a variety of procedures
• Assisting with C-sections (preferred but not required)
• Supporting PACU recovery (or ICU experience in lieu of PACU)
• Endoscopy experience is a plus
• This role requires clinical agility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
