Job summary
A healthcare facility in North Carolina is seeking an OB/GYN to join its dedicated Women's Care practice. The role involves providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care to a rural community with approximately 650 deliveries annually. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN with an active medical license in North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of three OB/GYNs and five Certified Nurse Midwives.
- Provide first-call coverage with a requirement of eight days per month.
- Deliver high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care to approximately 650 deliveries annually.
- Ensure timely anesthesia coverage and access to a dedicated labor-and-delivery OR.
- Participate in a Level II Nursery program and collaborate with a neonatologist.
