Qualifications

Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
BSN required; MSN preferred.
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing with leadership/supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of rural healthcare, critical access regulations, and standards of care.
BLS required; ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 18 months.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership of nursing staff and patient care services.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and providers to optimize workflow and staffing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Promote evidence-based practices, quality initiatives, and patient satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, evaluations and staff education/training.
Monitor staffing needs and support recruitment and onboarding.
