Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Arizona is seeking an employed Neurologist to join a team of highly skilled professionals. The position offers exposure to highly technical and specialized services within a community hospital setting.

The successful candidate will hold MD or DO, complete residency in neurology, be BC/BE, and possess an active Arizona medical license with DEA. Join KRMC’s growing medical staff and contribute to comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Successful completion of residency program in area of specialty
• BC / BE
• Must possess a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona and DEA

Responsibilities

• Perform professional medical services in the examination, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients, within the parameters of experience and professional training.
• Record examination, diagnosis, and treatment notes meeting documentation requirements and provide clear orders; be available to nursing staff for direction of medical plan of care.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services and consult with clinic manager regarding available specialty services.
• Attend Medical Staff Meetings as designated.
• Comply with all regulatory, organizational, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Review and revise clinic policies to ensure medical appropriateness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with referring providers and other specialists to promote multi-specialty care and continuity.
