Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review cases, analyze briefs, records and authorities cited.
• Prepare legal drafts by assembling information for forms and documents.
• Process pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Research laws, regulations, and precedents to evaluate merits of arguments.
• Assist in preparing for oral arguments and conferences.
• Maintain calendars and organize case materials.
