Qualifications

• LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD in Psychology/related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in integrated behavioral health and team-based care.
• Passion for serving rural and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Integrated behavioral health role within a growing primary care practice.
• Teach residents through didactics and clinical support.
• Flexible schedule with no call and no weekend responsibilities.
• Average of 8 patients per day during onboarding.
• Collaborative team environment with strong referral and support resources.
• Rural practice serving a medically complex and underserved patient population.
