Job summary

Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Program is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated primary care team in Chehalis, Washington.

You will deliver evidence-based behavioral health services alongside primary care clinicians, with a focus on warm handoffs and whole-person care in a rural setting. This role offers the opportunity to teach residents through didactics and clinical support, a flexible schedule with no call and no weekend

Qualifications

• LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD in Psychology/related field.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Interest in integrated behavioral health and team-based care.
• Passion for serving rural and underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based behavioral health services through an integrated care model emphasizing warm handoffs and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, APPs, pharmacists and behavioral health colleagues.
• Teach residents through didactics and clinical support.
• Deliver care in a rural primary care setting with no call and no weekend responsibilities.
