Responsibilities include dispensing medications per physician orders, providing MTM and patient counseling, collaborating with clinicians to optimize therapies, maintaining up-to-date drug knowledge, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in clinical pharmacy and prescription dispensing.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations, preferably in smaller healthcare settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and patient counseling.
