• Strong leadership, budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and ability to drive organizational change and strategy

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the hospital and clinics
• Leads the Executive and Leadership team and oversees key directors
• Maintains relationships with physicians, staff, patients, community organizations, and partners
• Ensures compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, accreditation, and ethics
• Communicates with the board and reports on performance and risks
• Negotiates contracts with providers, vendors, and external organizations
• Evaluates capital investments and strategic growth opportunities
