Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree may be desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required; 4–8 years preferred.
• Experience with health care delivery, program development or community engagement.
• Experience with rural or Appalachian communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bridge between ARCH and local communities to advance health initiatives.
• Coordinate between OSU and local partners to facilitate collaboration.
• Maintain open, transparent communication and adapt to evolving local needs.
• Contribute to workforce development and clinical transformation through partnerships.
