Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT), or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field.
• 7–10 years of healthcare executive leadership experience with multi-site outpatient clinics.
• Rural healthcare knowledge and experience in staffing and delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and culture-building abilities.
• Business acumen in budgeting, compliance, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 10 rural locations to ensure smooth workflows and patient satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle performance.
• Mentor clinic directors, support staff, and clinicians across sites.
• Identify expansion opportunities and launch new service lines in rural markets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain high-quality patient care standards.
