Job summary

Bell & Evans in Pennsylvania is seeking a reliable diesel-powered tractor-trailer driver to transport animal feed from mills to farms. This role requires strict adherence to DOT regulations and a proven safety record.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, manage weights and scales, and handle on-road situations during long 12+ hour shifts. Experience with rural route deliveries and feed mill load-out systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience hauling animal feed.

Responsibilities

• Log in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Work 12+ hours per day.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Follow instructions, be flexible and work independently.
• Handle on-road situations as they occur.
• Understand weights and scales.
