Qualifications

• MD or DO required with Family Medicine residency.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility to obtain certification within five years.
• Active clinical involvement in Family Medicine with demonstrated case experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations and provide care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions and follow-up care.
• Admit patients when applicable and provide surgical and post-operative coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and community health teams; participate in call coverage.
