AMN Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, Nebraska. The role offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, clinic hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and on-call coverage one weekday and one weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Morning hospital rounds followed by clinic.
• Patient volume of 16–20 patients per day.
• Call duty: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital.
