Qualifications

• Minimum three years of healthcare experience.

• Rural Health Clinic or physician practice management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflows.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinic staff.
• Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support providers and improve patient access to care.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and process improvement.
• Address patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service.
