Job summary

The WaKeeney and Ellis Family Care Clinics, operated by Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital, are seeking a full-time Practice's Administrator to coordinate administrative and operational aspects of two rural clinics. You will provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance and financial stewardship, and support providers and patients with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible healthcare administration or clinic operations experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for two rural clinics, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, credentialing, and workflow to ensure regulatory compliance and financial stewardship.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and clinical leaders to drive performance improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate billing, documentation, and reimbursement processes.
