Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking a master’s-level therapist to serve as Clinic Program Director in Moab, Utah. The role oversees a rural mental health and substance use treatment clinic and leads both clinical and non-clinical staff.

The position is full-time with a generous benefits package. Start pay is $42.55 per hour plus a $3.00/hr housing differential; additional pay is offered for experience, and Utah licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist eligible for Utah licensure.
• Two years of post-licensure experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in Utah or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Lead quality improvement and HIPAA/42 CFR compliance efforts.
