Job summary

DRH Health is seeking an Audiologist to provide comprehensive audiology services in a rural clinic setting. You will diagnose, manage, and treat hearing and balance disorders across all ages, collaborating with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will fit hearing aids, counsel families, conduct newborn screenings, and lead vestibular assessments while staying current with audiology advances and DRH standards of care.

Qualifications

  • Must have Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills with patient safety focus.
  • Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations incl. pure tone, speech, tympanometry, ABR for newborns/children.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids and assistive devices; provide ongoing support.
  • Conduct vestibular assessments and balance testing; coordinate with families and educators.
  • Educate patients and families on hearing health and device use; document thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and team; participate in quality improvement and training.
