RunUnited Sales Associate - Full Time/Part-Time

RunUnited is a well-established, customer-focused footwear retailer specializing in running and support shoes. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality products, expert guidance, and an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at RunUnited, your role is to assist customers in achieving their fitness and performance goals. You will provide excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and help customers find the right shoes and footwear for their needs.

Compensation and Scheduling

• Compensation: $17.00/hour plus bonuses
• Full-time: 30-40 hours/week; Part-time: 20-25 hours/week

SIGN ON BONUS: $200 after 60 days!

Your Duties

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend suitable footwear
• Provide expert advice on shoe technology, fit, and performance
• Assist customers in trying on and selecting shoes
• Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandising
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
