Job summary

Fleet Feet in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking an Outfitter to deliver personalized service, fit footwear and gear, and support customers on their fitness journeys. You’ll create a welcoming store environment and build lasting relationships with customers, teammates, and our vendor partners.

Ideal candidates are passionate, proactive, and flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail knowledge and interest in running gear is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic store environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
