Position Title: Runner/Loader - Part Time

Location: Largo, Florida

Department: Operations Team : Floor Team

Employment Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $14.00

Description

Great position for high school or college students seeking fixed hours with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Flexibility in start times: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Join Leaders Holding Co., Florida's largest family-owned casual furniture retailer with 19 stores. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll start as a Runner/Loader, scanning, sorting, and moving products throughout the building. You'll work with your team to prepare customer orders and load furniture onto trucks for delivery. Once proficient, you'll learn other warehouse roles such as Receiving, Lift Operator, Assembly, and Repair.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling and Moving Objects
• Sorting, unwrapping, and assisting with loading customer orders
• Scanning items with barcode scanners
• Moving items between departments
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trailers
• Tagging and scanning merchandise into the system
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Training in other departmental duties
• Willingness to undergo forklift training and certification
• Rotating between departments as needed

What You Can Expect:

• Base pay of $14/hour plus incentive bonuses based on performance, with a first-time bonus of up to $7/hour
• 401(k) with up to 30% company match

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and more with a team
• No experience necessary; training provided

Physical Demands:

Regular use of arms, hands, and fingers; standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing; lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently.
