Job Description

As a Runner, also known as a Table Support Team Member, your role is to create a high-quality dining experience by delivering meals promptly and accurately, organizing and cleaning tables, and supporting restaurant operations. You will report to the Restaurant Manager.

• Greet guests, serve beverages, bread, and olive oil as requested
• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently
• Transport beverages from the bar to tables, ensuring water glasses are filled
• Clear used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness and reset vacated tables
• Assist servers and understand menu items, ingredients, and descriptions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Requirements

• Flexible onsite schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility to stand, walk, bend, and squat for up to 8 hours
