Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Culinary Runner to transport prepared food, supplies, and equipment between kitchens, clubs, suites, and event locations. This position ensures timely food delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will support chefs, stock stations, and help with setup, execution, and breakdown during events at stadiums and other venues.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to assist chefs and culinary staff with station stocking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and culinary supplies throughout the venue in a timely manner.
• Assist chefs and culinary staff with stocking stations and replenishing inventory.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Communicate product shortages or operational needs to supervisors.
• Keep storage areas, kitchens, and transport routes clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading products and equipment.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

The Culinary Runner supports culinary operations by transporting prepared food, supplies, and equipment between kitchens, clubs, suites, and event locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely food delivery while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
